I think you can use bitorrent to share you're complete DVD – I'm sure some people will help you to seed it, me first. Here are nice services I know about:

I also have a linux from scratch site (url lfs.slitaz.org). This will work with on local lan if you change the IP_ADDR in /etc/local-mirror.conf file to your computer network ip. You can check your network ip by looking at network configures gui.
