Installing acpid and linux-acpi may activate the lxpanel battery monitor:
http://doc.slitaz.org/en:guides:powermgmt
root@slitaz:/home/tux# cat /proc/acpi/battery/{BAT0}/info
cat: can't open '/proc/acpi/battery/{BAT0}/info': No such file or directory
I think it didn't work
You view from folder /proc/acpi/battery have anything or folder with another name.
From terminal view folder content from command
ls /proc/acpi/battery
On my case the notebook have two slot for battery, and in to folder battery there are instead C1BD C1BE.
Change in to previous command folder {BAT0} on your name folder instead,
for me becomes example.
cat /proc/acpi/battery/C1BD/info or cat /proc/acpi/battery/C1BE/info
There is BAT1 and inside there are 3 archives: STATE; INFO; ALARM.....all tree says PRESENT: NO
My weaky battery:
tux@slitaz:~$ cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/alarm
alarm: unsupported
tux@slitaz:~$ cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/info
