How make Slitaz PC-movable ?

For comparison: If replace HDD with installed Xubuntu to other PC, Xubuntu will work correctly on different hardware. It's checked.

Experiment #1
If replace HDD with Slitaz - on boot error appears: KERNEL PANIC.

Experiment #2
If manually copy files of installed Slitaz (of couse without content of /proc/ /sys/ /media/ /mnt/ /tmp/ /var/) from HDD to other HDD, and manually install GRUB -
The result will be the same (kernel panic) OR (in some PCs) Slitaz loaded into the console and ask login. GUI (slim) not started.

How to clone tuned (with installed applications and new kernel) Slitaz to other PC?

Maybe, change the HD with the HD-Slitaz then boot from a CD live (like SLitaz ...)
#mkdir /dev/hda1 /mnt/mydisk
#leafpad /mnt/mydisk/boot/grub/menu.lst
check if menu.lst is exact, then
#chroot /mnt/mydisk
#grub
>root (hd0,0)
>setup (hd0)
>quit
#exit
Eject the CD and reboot.
Sorry if I'm talking rubbish or if I forget something.

Thanks for this variant of meaned above manually GRUB install.
But GRUB works correctly in both cases #1, #2.
GRUB successfully transmits control to the kernel.
And then the kernel stops with an error.
Perhaps hardware autodetect not performing on boot.
Hardware autodetect performing only while installing SliTaz?

In Experiment #1 re-install GRUB not needed.
SliTaz+GRUB have been installed on HDD from Live-CD and boot correctly on own PC. Slim started OK.

In Experiment #2 GRUB have been installed manually:
su
pcmanfm
# click on hda2 == "mount /dev/hda2 /mnt/disk"
grub-install --root-directory=/media/disk /dev/hda
