I'm liking what I see with slitaz! I bumped into the distro when installing FreeNAS; long story. Anyway I'm revisiting slitaz and my goal is to make a live CD (which I'll put on a pen drive or solid state media) that boots up, auto logs in the tux user and kicks off RDP to a server (which I see others have tried doing but nobody really has a 'how to').
I have everything working well however I'm having difficulty creating the live CD :p
I tried several things...
Generating a custom live CD: http://doc.slitaz.org/en:handbook:genlivecd
Tried creating my own flavor: http://pizza.slitaz.org
...I can't seem to get my config onto the live CD.
I wanted the exact system I setup in my virtual box environment onto a live CD but just can't make it happen.
I'm using slitaz-justx too so when it logs in all I get is x and a terminal window. My tux user login kicks off an rdesktop script and if the user cancels the session the 'reboot' command is called to reboot the system thus kicking them back into the rdesktop session.
I did do a:
tazlito --help
I tried just doing the: tazlito writeiso
...that didn't seem to do what I wanted either.
Any help with creating the live cd from my live system would be appreciated.
Thanks!
