Good so, because if you only would install Lyx on cooking, like I did, you would get this error.
@All:
Please have a look here - somebody tried on 14.1.2012 what I now try to do:
http://cook.slitaz.org/undigest/cooker.cgi?pkg=latex
My converts from debian resulted until now in this:
root@slitaz:/home/michael/Desktop# latex --help
latex: error while loading shared libraries: libkpathsea.so.5: cannot open shared object file: Error 20
root@slitaz:/home/michael/Desktop# ldconfig
-sh: ldconfig: not found
No an appellation to the ,,big boys" here: how to resolve such a problem.
I installed all the Debian-converts but if I run ,,du -h /usr/share/tex*" I get a result of only 38,1 MB, but it should be about 120-130 MB. So quite some stuff
root@slitaz:/home/michael/Desktop# ls /usr/bin/tex*
/usr/bin/tex /usr/bin/texi2dvi
/usr/bin/texconfig /usr/bin/texi2pdf
/usr/bin/texconfig-dialog /usr/bin/texindex
/usr/bin/texconfig-sys /usr/bin/texlinks
/usr/bin/texhash /usr/bin/text2gif
/usr/bin/latex is there:
root@slitaz:/home/michael/Desktop# ls -ll /usr/bin/latex
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root@slitaz:/home/michael/Desktop# ls -ll /usr/bin/latex
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 6 Feb 12 13:15 /usr/bin/latex -> pdftex
root@slitaz:/home/michael/Desktop# ls -ll /usr/bin/pdftex
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 647980 Feb 12 14:06 /usr/bin/pdftex
Hmmh...
