Nice portable Office suite (portable and only 250MB if the folder "fonts" is useless)
the 3 exe's are in office6 folder
Easy to configure in Tools -> Options
Beta version but seems very compatible with Ms Office (not like OOo)

Hello kultex
none of these are full compatible. I prefer to say : "can open" rather than "can read/write".
Would be nice to make a comparaison.
Do you know how to remove the banner on the right ? So annoying
It's such a shame that Abiword don't match their level.
sorry - I cant tell you, because I use the official version I think since 2004 - they have some times in the year an offer for one weekend - so I always pay only 19€ for an upgrade instead of 29,95€ - for 3 PCs - and I can tell you for mee 100% compatible - I never faced any problems and I have quite a lot of exchange with Microsoft users...
I dont know, if the freeoffice version is upgradeable, but with the free christmas version you just pay the upgrade
@moulefrite;
Would be interested to get some insight about where they failed.
I made a short, non extensive test, but was very impressed at 2008 freeoffice's ability to gracefully handle a number of things that the latest version of libreoffice cannot handle....
I am considering buying them for that reason.
