Hello,
Too few details. Unable to help.
but the question is simple ^^
It is marked as installed but opera is inaccessible in the menu ... same after reboot.
it was for try this web bowser...
but i have find a other web browser lite and very effective :)
Hmm...
You may use SliTaz-4 (you may believe it is "stable" and choose it), or
You may use one of SliTaz-5RC (you may believe it is "current" SliTaz and choose it), or
You may use some of SliTaz-Rolling (IMHO, the only right choice).
You may use Live CD / Live USB, or
You may install SliTaz on your HDD.
You may install Opera package using terminal, or
You may install Opera using TazPanel/packages...
You may install Opera using "get-opera" package, or
You may install Opera using "get-opera-blink" package, or
You may install Opera using one of the official Opera binary package from the vendor.
So your question is simple, but answer still unavailable.
Sorry.
sorry, i have the last release of SlitaZ rolling and i have try of installed with Tazpanel
I did not just write various other options.
For example, if you use SliTaz like Live system, and your machine haven't quite big amount of RAM, or your SliTaz image is big, the memory may end. And if you use Live system, it not used persistence, so it's not worth to find installed applications after rebooting.
If you installed SliTaz on HDD, the free space may end on it too. And you'll not feel it in any way.
Installing Opera using "get-opera" get-script includes the running "get-opera" script after the package "get-opera" installed. TazPanel may run it automatically, or may not, I can't recall. You may try to re-install it using root terminal and command "get-opera".
Or you may use "get-opera-blink" package with "get-opera-blink" get-script...
---
* get-script is a shell script that helps you to download some "official" binary package provided by the vendor, to convert it to the SliTaz package format, and to install it.
Start opera with the Terminal.......
If it does not start - get root
find / -name "*opera*"
And try to start it - maybe its in /bin or /sbin........
thanks, i will try soon :)
