If possible it would be a very big promo to create a Slitaz LiveCd that can run on a ps3 providing the following.
Firefox web browser
java 6 support
adobe flash player support
audio video media support
image viewing and editing
Now these days alot of low income USA residents can't afford decent computers, yet they already own a playstation 3 that was originally design to run linux operating systems. These console are like old computers with powerful gpus and 400+ ram memory.
I can see alot of potential for slitaz if it was design to run on a ps3, even if you don't live in the USA. Just offering a different browser than the default ps3 version and the abilty to run linux os primarily on ram while storing all other packages on the "otheros" formated PS3 harddrive. Makes the PS3 System a very viable canidate for slitaz operating system.
Now if I had the knowledge and know how to create my own slitaz build to do this I would have, but I'm afraid my basic A+ certification does not give me the necessary tools to pull this off, which is the sole reason why i posted this Idea here for those that understand linux builds to create a livecd for a ps3. ^^
P.S. Food for thought... Regarding PS3 Hardware Drivers for linux they exist already thanks to Yellow Dog Linux ;)
