dialog --programbox doesn't display first two lines of command output

   The Slitaz dialog --progressbox does not display the first two lines of output. For example:

   $ ls -1
   Desktop/
   Documents/
   Downloads/
   Images/
   Music/
   Public/
   Templates/
   Videos/
   
   $ ls -1 | dialog --programbox 15 70
   Downloads/
   Images/
   Music/
   Public/
   Templates/
   Videos/

   I've included a screenshot to demonstrate as well. Any ideas why this is happening? I don't see this behavior in other distros. Could it be the version of dialog?

   I should add that the companion command, dialog --progressbox, does in fact show all lines of output.
