On the PC of my wife (also using SliTaz some weeks along) It is beginning in the automatic part of the menu of Grub (the Official actual grub, grub2), "SliTaz" (not SliTaz, of course but the parameters used by the persons elaborating some packages, the stuff for texts an menus etc.) did produce an error irriting each person accessing to the PC, and that continue along the other applications.
(our stuff: slitaz-rolling-iso, first days of March 2015).
As such a (terrible) happens really rarely on modern Linux distributions I am absolutely not experimented any more to do something useful in such a case :-)) !
So I did make a search in doc.slitaz.com as well as in http://www.slitaz.org/en/search.php using search item "encoding". I will not say there is nothing to find but I did find nothing easily... For me it is the same!
Is someone in the developper staff of SliTaz experimented in point of encoding AN COMPLETE DISTRIBUTION and able to write for the wiki some line about that stuff and way to amend that if you have the misfortune to get an install an SliTaz ISO having this kind of defect?
Terrible is that you can write one hour or more on letter etc. and meet later at saving time the difficulty that your system refuses to save your file. If you are possibly in the hurry, you will loose your file and work and time or let your PC perhaps 15 days of your holliday continue to work in the time where you are not at home... Good thing, SliTaz, bravo!
