Greetings all;
On a Live USB system recently set up from the latest Slitaz-rolling 64-bit release, user “tux” can log in with ANY password. It doesn’t matter what you type for the password, tux will log in.
I created another user called “test” with password also “test”. User “test” can also log in with any password.
Both those results were with the slim log-in.
At tty1, as soon as I enter a username at the login prompt, it logs in precipitously - it does not request a password at all, except for the root user.
This is very odd!
This is NOT the same HDD installation that won't let me sign in as any regular users. This is a Live USB installation.
Slizzard.
