Thank you, Alex. I increased the memory from 256 to 512MB. Now saving compression lzma worked. But something was wrong with the layout. I decided to do everything again.

1. So I formatted the flash drive.

2. I installed on it slitaz.

3. I update all packages.

4. Define your own.

5. And save writefs command.

Everything went perfectly! USB flash drive loaded with new rootfs.gz!
