No trace of a wireless card... I suppose you can't see it either in System tools > System Information > PCI devices.
I searched on the internet and read that RTL8187SE has been introduced in linux kernel from 2.6.29 and SliTaz 3.0 has kernel 2.6.30.6. I had a look into kernel modules and it exists a module /lib/modules/2.6.30.6-slitaz/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/rtl818x/rtl8187.ko.gz
Open a terminal as root and try this:
[c]modprobe rtl8187
/etc/init.d/network.sh stop
/etc/init.d/network.sh start[/c]
and check if SliTaz now sees your wireless card. If yes, configure the LAN through (red Spider button) > System Tools > Wifi configuration
