Hello possible to convert .dev package to an slitaz pkg?

You can use the "tazpkg convert" command - even as non-root - to convert a package to .tazpkg.

Quite often tazpkg has some trouble with dependencies, so maybe you'll have to look for error messages (try to start the application in terminal and watch the output) and manually install dependent libraries.

Just give it a try and come back ...  ;-)

tazpkg convert worked great, just gonna find dependent files thats missing
