The current bug tracker is not used correctly and quiet complicated (mainly in wich project users must post bug) and in general the Labs are not used, no announces, no wiki change (should go on main wiki/cookbook).
So I have 2 solutions:
* Keep only one project on Labs and one issue tracker
* Change and use roundup with better Mercurial integration
Any suggestions ?

Just one project and one issue tracker will be a great thing to labs, just keep it simple!
Besides roundup, trac have mercurial integration (http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracMercurial).

Not sure to understand the point about hg integration.
If we want a simple bug tracker it's probably better to use something like roundup instead of redmine which handle many – in this case useless – functionnalities. In this case we can use groups into scn to keep track of projects which was previously on labs. It will allow everyone to contribute via forum if they're syncked with scn. It's also a rought solution to clean up the bug tracker :D
Probably we will have to take a time to note clearly which bug we want to solve, which feature we want to add & which part of doc we want to improve into the new bug tracker. So each of us will be able to know easily on what to focus to make the better stable release possible.
