Hi
a friendly search engine did led me to SliTaz. I did found 2 introductions about SliTaz from scratch but it seems not to be exactly what I am looking for: For divers reasons I would like to try to compile my most ACTUAL SliTaz, probably Rolling (?), completely from source and continue to actualize it using the same way.
I suppose that the second information concerning SliTaz from scratch would not updated any more and can't be used to compile the most actual system.
a/ Is that EASILY possible?
b/ how to accede to the sources and make them accessible for this job?
c/ are tools for this kind of installation available:
c1/ tool chains to make the job(s)?
c2/ tools chains about the choice of package to produce a first base allowing to make more and continue with it?
d/ I have 3 PC's: 2 DELL Optiplex SX280 with Intel Pentium and the Intel chips, both with more than 1,5 GB RAM and 1 laptop ACER emachines AMD64 2 GB RAM, all with more than 150 MB HD, and did have only on one success installing the most actual SliTaz rolling from http://mirror.slitaz.org . Can I compile the 64 bit system on one of the both PC's with Pentium and copy the chroot after that on the target laptop?
Kind regards
