I have a Neoware EON thin client that I would like to run Slitaz on. Specs: 300Mhz Geode CPU, 320MB RAM, 16GB CF for hard drive. I have installed the latest cooking (older versions of Slitaz don't want to install) and installed the as slitaz-toolchain well as xorg-server-dev. I have downloaded the latest code for the driver from the xorg server, and gotten it to configure correctly, however it refuses to make because it cannot find "xf86Resources.h"

Can you use precompiled driver xorg-xf86-video-geode-2.11.11.tazpkg ?
xf86Resources.h is not part of xorg-server-1.9.5 source code.Posted 13 years ago # -
But you can find it in SliTaz 3.0 (xorg-server-dev 1.5.2)

Based of this page on the Xorg wiki:

I'm going to assume that the Geode Driver won't work as I have a GX1. So I either need the nsc or cyrix driver. I guess I'll try SliTaz 3 tonight, I don't really need a cutting edge cooking version on a 300Mhz machine.Posted 13 years ago #
