cd dvd driver

   Why wont my cd/dvd drive wont read "print artist" install dvd. Drive does work. slitaz 4.0 just downloaded installed this morn.

   When I try to mount it via pcmanfm I get Error <i>org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume.UnknownFailure</i> then "directory not exist" same thing with windows xp partion. mount /dev/cdrom /media/cdrom returns "failed device or resource busy". Mount /dev/sda2 /mnt/win returns "invalid arguement". mount -t ntfs /dev/sda2 /mnt/win -o forced returns
   mount: mounting /dev/sda2 on /mnt/win failed: No such device. In pcmanfm as root get same error.
