I have a need to quickly clone a distribution to about 64 thin clients (Neoware Model CA 19). These clients have flash storage drive - about 128 MB.
Is there an easy way of doing this?

Some hints...
1) 'tazpkg repack-config' clone the configuration files
-> you will do a 'tazpkg install config-1.0.tazpkg' after a fresh install
2) 'tazusb writefs gz' clone the root filesystem
3) 'dd if=/dev/<disk> | gzip -9 > /media/usbdisk/hd.gz' clone the whole disk
4) do you really need to clone ? You can have only /home on hard disk, see http://doc.slitaz.org/en:guides:pxe?&#customize-your-pxe-server
5) do you know flavors ? http://pizza.slitaz.org/ . You can clone your system on a CD/DVD or USB key...
