I have downloaded the current cooking version and tested the MD5sum. Then I burnt it and verified the burn. However when I try to boot it always goes and then eventually gets to a kernel panic like the one in this thread: http://forum.slitaz.org/topic/how-to-get-a-pci-51-sound-card-working-on-a-thinclient I tested on three different machines: Neoware CA10 1GB RAM, Dell Inspiron 7500 385MB RAM, and an AMD K-2 500 Machine 512MB RAM. All machines have the same eventual result, however the Dell did let me install to the hard drive then when I booted to it, it would panic. The other machines panic booting the CD. The image works great with Virtualbox.

I tested today on a Athlon XP 2200+ Machine with 1GB RAM and a Sempron 3400+ Machine with 2GB RAM, and both got the same results as the Dell, it'll install, but then Kernel Panics at boot.
However I did install on a Turion X2 laptop and it works fine there, so my install disk is good.

I actually tested installation in VirtualBox and even that doesn't work. I took a screenshot in case it helps.

Hi, I'm working on that bad issue... I guess the moved from:
CONFIG_M386=y
to
CONFIG_M486=yIn the kernel is the base of the bug. An issue is open on http://bts.slitaz.org/ with a ref to this post, and dont warry, we are going to fix that.
