There is no known plans for anyone to do this work at all, sorry.
Are you sure your hardware is actually affected? Have you tested? And
why can you not use a 64bit kernel?

And as always, if you really do want the fix for 32bit kernels, then
someone has to do the work. I don't have the time to do so, sorry, I
just do the backporting to the stable kernels. I suggest contacting
Intel about this, as they are the ones responsible for it.

16.01.18 - good news for 32 bit kernel from Greg KH
Anyway, people are working on this for 32bit intel chips, initial
patches have been posted to the mailing lists, give it a few weeks to
get into working and mergable shape, and I'll then backport them to the
stable kernel. Probably just 4.14 only, and nothing older, hopefully
you are not using older kernels than that.thanks,
