Hi Stanislas,
gummi-0.6.6 crashes ervery time, when I open a TeX-file. gummi-0.6.1.tazpkg worked fine many years.
I used texlive-2008, but I don't think, it matters. Could You please rebuild gummi-0.6.6.tazpkg.

Hi kubepc,
Do you have log when gummi crashes or core dump to diag ?
I see gummi 0.6.6 release at 2016 (0.6.1 in 2011), for texlive-2008 (2008).
Maybe issue between texlive / gummi, or compile issue.
Can be check in break lunch or after work this afternoon
Hi Stanislas,
here is a screenshot after the crash with gummi-0.6.6 when opening /home/tux/default.tex, which is a copy from /usr/share/gummi/misc/default.tex. For getting a screenshot I started gummi from X Term.

Is aspell
installed?
Hi Ceel,
aspell wasn't automatically installed by gummi-0.6.6 and gummi-0.6.1 did not need aspell. After having installed aspell-0.60.8 on slitaz-rolling-core64.iso from 2023-12-31 I get a different error.
Now it says Segmentation fault.

Hi,
I build gummi 0.6.6, and run gdb to investigate on Segmentation fault

Seem related to libgobject.
Found issue on archlinux (2015) https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1761389
Continue investigate, check for build 0.6.1 and check if issue happen again or not.
To ensure that related to glib, i build also gummi on "current".
glib 2.70
gummi 0.6.6
It's work without segmentation fault.
In wait found to fix 0.6.6 version on cooking or downgrade, i put gummi 0.6.1 on my space :
