Ähm, sorry, I was incorrect: I used the rolling iso. It did not work.
2.6.37-slitaz is its kernel.
I mistook ,,cooking" with ,,core".
https websites are not opening

offlineKey Masterjust to be clear - rolling and cooking - both have kernel 2.6.37, but bzImage and vmlinuz are different

(I am astonished what a difference it makes whether one uses the nv or the non-free driver. I am not sure, Trixar_za most likely would know that better, whether can set the offers of this nvidia-settings-manager with a suitable configuration-file up to the same quality. This I did not learn yet)
