Hi,
I just installed the Midnight Commander Version 4.8.28 on the recent slitaz-rolling-core64.iso.
Then I opened the XTerm Terminal and started mc from the command line. Trying to open the menu File I get mouse errors in the command line. This does not happen using Sakura Terminal or using the application Midnight Commander. Could You please help me?
Regards

Hi Kubepc,
infact i reproduce it also on "current", don't have mc, build it to check.
Found this issue closed
https://github.com/SynoCommunity/spksrc/issues/3258with TERM=screen-256color, no issue mouse work as expected with mc.
See on receipt we have wrapper
mc.sh
that do, also "Midnight Commander" menu entry call mc.sh instead mci build on current with slang instead ncurses (same upstream), work both with sakura / xterm without workaround.
mc build for cooking, use slang instead ncurses

Hi Stanislas,
thank You very much for the mc with Your patch from the cooker. I am used to open a XTerm Terminal with <F4> from the PCMan File Manager and then typing mc to open the Midnight Commander. Now it works perfectly for me with no mouse errors.
