I have roverbook neo u801(470mb ram(dedicates from 512 for GPU),P1-based CPU,AC97-Compatible audio,Touchpad,AMD Geode CS5536 chipset,640x480 resolution). I tested slitaz-Xvesa-3.0.iso on it and works fine but no internet(only compatible driver i found in zd1211rw tazpkg),i also tested latest slitaz(5.0) on it and GUI doesn't start.
What slitaz flavor you would recommend or how get Xorg or Xvesa working on that hardware?

offlineKey Master5.0 should work without any problems.... I use it with futros A250.....
it definitly works with vesa (I use vesa) - so I think you should boot with the bootoption nomodeset

you also can try to use screen=text - then install with tazx the geode driver and run startx
