Hi, I'm getting the same errors as well.
My sdhc card shows up as:
/dev/mmcblk0p1 - fat32 - BOOT - 40MB
/dev/mmcblk0p2 - linux-swap - swap - 450MB
/dev/mmc/blk0p3 - ext4 - rootfs - 6GBI'm using the slitaz-rpi-base-20140329 install.sh:

Mounting: /dev/mmcblk0 partitions... OK
Cleaning: filesystem directories... OK

cp: failed to preserve ownership for ‘/media/rpi/boot/cmdline.txt’: Operation not permitted

ERROR

Look on your SD card to the / dev / input which is probably empty ?
