Hi, maybe off topic but for the sake of curiosity not sure where to post it, accidentally stumbled on puppy site onto two tries to cross bread SliTaz with Puppy (and partially Porteus). Didn't look much into, seems they try to run SliTaz on top of Puppy kernel 4.16 and some Puppy & Porteus boot scripts:

Thanks for the info, aledie :-)
It's always great when OpenSource projects get reused...
I didn't try both of those you mentioned yet, only looked at the pics

Update: Tazpup guy seem quite successful:
http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=113255&search_id=747991541&start=600I gave their TazPuppy beta 2 iso dd. 10.09.2018 just a quick try yesterday,
runs well and fast, visually see no differences to Slitaz, just 4.17 kernel, in menus some Puppy related extras (mostly Save related), image size bigger than slitaz for sure... surprisingly it recognized my wifi cards straight away (usually I need downloading iwlwifi, broadcom etc. from the repo)... anyway the way they do it their Tazpup version may just run same smoothly and similar way as for example DebianDogs do (if one doesn't mind few puppy related apps)
