To do best effort in the "sporadic" part, I think each one could be recreated circa 1 in 10 times (15 in exaggeration).
--During boot process, shortly just entering X session, the parts
Starting inetd daemon: inetd... [ DONE ]
Starting ntpd daemon: ntpd... [ DONE ]
often fail with [ FAILED ] status. Can be one of them, or both.
--Issues with system time at top right corner.
This is actually complex. Even by selecting correct time zone by hitting Tab key in the language
select menu, if there's no internet connection system time is always wrong, either set in UTC or
Europe time. BIOS/UEFI in legacy mode (any case) is set to local time though because of the
Windows local OS.
Though if internet connection system time is right.
But not always: sometimes when booting Slitaz system time is just wrong out of the blue, even if
internet connection and everything else in order. Time zone is "correctly" set, but actual time is
either UTC or Europe. Takes several reboots, or even BIOS reset, to fix.
--Sometimes ISP router fails and I must restart it (turn off then on again). By doing this, Slitaz
sometimes looses connection to the router, thus no internet.
Like, pinging the router only returns 1 packet out of around 20, often just marking "bad address".
It's connected through ethernet cable and ifconfig shows exactly the same configuration for eth0.
Yet it's like it was really not connected.
Could you fix this please?
