Write file cache OFF

   How can I disable the write cache file?
   I need to write the file without cache ram.

   Hmm...
   Remount partition with -o sync option
   or
   write with O_DIRECT flag (if you know what is it)

   You cannot turn off cache for one file, actually, only for the whole mount point.

   Oh, and as for drive caching - use "busybox hdparm -W 0 /dev/your_drive"
