Replace pcmanfm

I am slitaz(and linux) newbie.I have few questions:-

1.I am used to thunar manager(a bit) and want to replace pcmanfm  .

When I try to remove it using package manager,it says that it shares a file with slitaz config.Then it ask me to confirm my action y/N.How do i do it?

I want to completely replace pcmanfm(and its links in my document icon in desktop ETC)with Thunar.

2.Are there other file manager that provide option to 'open as root'

3.And lastly how do I get search indexing in slitaz.Nautilus has built in indexing right?so should I use it instead of thunar?
