Hi holkfoor,
I also love your work and I have a proposition. Would you like to become the official SliTaz Artwork manager ?
I can give you full access to the Hg repos so you can handle the default Artwork in slitaz-configs (wallpaper, slim, gtk) and you can create/handle slitaz-theme-* packages. This way users can install full theme via the package manager, I know Aleksej packed some slim themes but it would be nice to have somme full themes.
On the Hg side, we can help you getting started if you dont feel confortable with HG.
And one more question. Current Slim theme for 5.0 is out-of-date... could you make one for 5.0 ? We will release in 2-3 weeks so you got some time.
Best regards,
- Christophe

Nice work, holkfoor!
Is it possible to install these beautiful themes on a LiveCD (just to test it on SliTaz 5.0 RC2)?

Hi pankso...
I do not know if I can handle the artwork. I have many great works to do in my job. But I'm happy to help you with something better for SliTaz. I could do some better themes with GTK2, Slim, Openbox. All my works are in the public domain, I have no problems with copyright.
I do not know how the license for official work of SliTaz. I like to release work under the public domain license. What is the license "SliTaz Artwork"?
Hi Sidini...
Yes. No limitations on my themes. Just "SliTaz logo" and Slitaz "Name" are part of Project SliTaz GNU/Linux and has a different license, is not public domain.

Very good your work @holkfoor, and I like the initiative @pankso opening doors giving users direct participation and responsibility in building Slitaz.
Good idea!!

Thank you, holkfoor!
Just installed your GTK+Openbox themes, and SLiM theme. Looks nice, especially SLiM one!
Can you confirm this warning? —
[c]/usr/share/themes/slitaz-sandfive/gtk-2.0/gtkrc:79: Murrine configuration option
"gradients" is no longer supported and will be ignored.[/c]
How to reproduce? Open Sakura terminal and open some program from it, like as [c]leafpad[/c] or [c]sakura[/c].

Thanks holkfor,
tazpanel/style.css:
Search buttons in the help and package section only have the first letter of the label name.
M should be Manual in Help.
S should be Search, F should be Files in Packages
Question:
How do you change the lxpanel volume plugin speaker icon from white to black.

@Aleksej
How SLIM works with multiple languages support?
...
Hi mojo
I'm using the original theme FAENZA icons.
I just modify the theme icons in "Appearance GTK+".

Did you have any problem in style Tazpanel?

Hi holkfoor,
Your Sand Five SLiM theme here:
http://hg.slitaz.org/wok/rev/bc9334796734
http://cook.slitaz.org/cooker.cgi?pkg=slim-theme-sandfive
Asking your question — now all SLiM themes (with or without "strings" file) works with multiple languages support. It can use default translations: http://hg.slitaz.org/wok/rev/bc9334796734#l13.20
And still theme receipt should contains post_install and pre_remove functions like here: http://cook.slitaz.org/cooker.cgi?receipt=slim-theme-sandfive
Ok, I not forgot, I should make GTK+ theme and TazPanel theme too.

GTK+2 & Openbox3 theme + background here: http://cook.slitaz.org/cooker.cgi?pkg=sandfive-theme
Only strange thing. I can't name this package "slitaz-sandfive-theme" because my Hg can't see this. And seems it can't see all the new folders that name beginning with "slitaz". So weird
Anyway Sand Five theme here. Please wait for TazPanel theme.
P.S. Resolved!
http://hg.slitaz.org/wok/rev/b0e7329ba147
But, can I leave this name (sandfive-theme) unchanged? Or better to rename it to slitaz-sandfive-theme?
P.P.S. TazPanel theme here: http://cook.slitaz.org/cooker.cgi?pkg=tazpanel-theme-sandfive
Also update TazPanel to 1.8.1 to work with partial/linked themes.

» Hi Aleksej
Thanks for your reply about the slim language. Yes, you can change the name, no problem.
Sorry for the inconvenience of the package name.
** Thanks for all files in Hg. I know nothing of Hg.
» Hi Raphael
The Deviantart captures our links, that's bad. The correct link is: http://is.gd/b19NCJ
# Sorry, I was slow to respond.

Tx for the new Link.
hey, i have an other idea, why u don't create a background for grub4dos?
it is very simple and it is important too?
and..if u take this way....why not for fbsplash or plymouth

tx very much

Hi there!
Just added to repository two nice theme packs by Leonardo Laporte. They will be accessible to download from SliTaz mirror tomorrow, or from SliTaz Cooker site today.
Madeirado

[c]tazpkg -gi madeirado-theme[/c]
http://cook.slitaz.org/cooker.cgi?pkg=madeirado-theme
Aurorials

[c]tazpkg -gi aurorials-theme[/c]
http://cook.slitaz.org/cooker.cgi?pkg=aurorials-theme
Both packages are equipped with automatic theme switchers. So, you'll see your new GTK+, Openbox theme, wallpaper right after package installation, and new SLiM theme after you log off from your system.
