HELP - How to make a D-Link DW-G132 work?

Hello!

I'm completely new to this Linux world. I have an old computer with Pentium IV and aprox. 750 MB of RAM, so that's why I decided to try with SliTaz. I have managed to install the SO to a USB stick and it boots and works perfectly, but I can't get my wireless adapter to work. I've been doing some research and some other similar adapters have the same problem, but when I try the solutions proposed, it still doesn't work.

Can anyone help me, explaining step by step whan I have to do?

You must provide the slitaz kernel version and the chipset in the wifi adapter.

Open xterm or sakura.

Post the output after typing each command and hitting the Enter key:

[c]uname -a[/c]

[c]lsusb[/c]

The USB adapter is like death...lights dont even work

See if anything is found when booting.

Plug in usb wifi adapter & reboot.

Then in a terminal, run :-

dmesg | grep network
