How do I put a SilTaz installer on a USB and install SilTaz to a HDD

I have an old XP laptop from 2001 with an unformatted partition on it because I was originally planning to put Win98 on it, but decided not to.

I want to put SilTaz on said laptop and partition from a USB since I'm low on CDs and won't be making a trip to buy more for a while. What is the simplest way to install SilTaz from a USB to an HDD? Thanks!
