X Rendering In Live CD

Would like to view CD at 800X600 resolution. The current resolution is so high that anyone without the vision of a falcon could never follow the screen as it flashes by. Please explain how to get this thing to render in 800X600. I'd like to give it an honest try but can't this way.

Run tazx as root and choose driver.

Three weeks ago I had a similar problem. I got help.

Open XTerm Terminal. Type su and then as password root. Then run tazx. Chose reconfiguration of xorg with for instance intel driver. It installs several packages, if connected to the internet. After a logout of the X session and a new login as tux.  Then choose Preferences Monitor Settings and apply your 800x600.
