after boot black screen no mouse etc..

Hia again gang, trying to run slitaz-cooking on an Dell Latitude D630

it has an intel chipset intel sound, intel vga etc...

ok this is my problem i boot from iso i get first bootoptions

the splash slitaz screen it starts to boot, and screen goes black

i thought it was screen rez or something so i put this in boot option

> slitaz screen=1024x768x24 vga=791 , but still same problem

it starts to boot and screen ultimatly goes black,

any ideas guys/girls?

Try vga=792, and no screen parameters.

didnt work im affraid, however i think it might be xwin where the problem is

how can i make slitaz boot to text prompt, and then maybe reset xwin screen

parameters?

btw dell d630 is using Videocard: Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family

ok used this version instead now it works: slitaz-xorg-light.iso

however im not sure about whats different between that and ordinary coocking!

Now im having issues with WiFi, it wont work not sure how i should go about to get it up and running, scanning network and it doesnt seem to find any wifi to connect to.

However it seems to find it in hardware intel wifi card.
