Hello. I would like to present a small project of mine. I'm providing ready-made Slitaz VMs for people who want to have a freshly installed Slitaz VM ready quickly. It's supposed to be useful for everyone, so all settings are on defaults.
Project FAQ:
Q: What is the project about?
A: Providing Slitaz VMs with the system pre-installed and configured for default settings.
Q: Why would I want that?
A: Many reasons.
-You might want to experiment with Slitaz without worrying about your machine
-You might like tinkering with VMs but break them frequently, so you want a clean base to start off of very quickly.
Q: What kind of VM is it?
A: Slitaz installed to a virtual HDD from the official ISO, with all settings set to default at install time.
Q: What VM applications do you support?
A: VirtualBox only. It may be possible to import the OVA archives into other applications that are not supported, but do not ask for support.
Q: One of the VMs is outdated. Could you update it please?
A: No problem. Send me a PM and I'll see what I can do.

Clean Slitaz VM for 09-01-2012
A freshly installed Slitaz Rolling 09-01-2012.
The system has been installed with all settings left as default. ISO used for installing is the official one from the Slitaz project.
The virtual hard drive has a single partition onto which the whole system has been installed. There is no separate /boot, /home or swap.
Default password for root: root
Default password for user tux: tux

Downloaded. Launched in VirtualBox and saw nothing new. I have the same slitaz already set up.
I use translation software, and therefore probably did not understand what this project.

The project is for people who want Slitaz to be already installed on the machine's virtual hard disk when they boot up the machine for the first time. It's not the same as Live CD which does not save any changes you made.
Imagine you experiment a lot with the system, but because of the kind of research you do, you have to make many changes which may cause the system to be unstable. Therefore you want to start from scratch every time you manage to break something. Using this, you can eliminate the step of going yet again through the install process every time - just re-import the virtual HDD. I wasted a lot of time on this stage, so it had to be eliminated. Hence this project was started.

Thanks for the explanation. It would be nice if you wrote how to install add-on Guest OS on SliTaz.
