NASA Enhanced Loopback Driver = SliTaz HDD Emulation ?

According to some initial research I did on Linux forensics, I came upon some information regarding the NASA enhanced loopback driver. For any experienced Linux users out there, is it possible to emulate the HDD for use with SliTaz? Thank you.
