CONman Network Manager!!!where is the applet???

I downloaded Conman network manager and can not find the applet to use it. Please help.

For slitaz 4.0 I hope there will be a big improvement on the native slitaz network manager. it should be a communications manager rather than just network. So bluetooth transfer and 3g mobile broadband should be incoperated. More tabs on subox sould be able to do this, i think. it should copy the functions of the best manager out there which is Gnomes network manager.
