If you get that error then it's your end. You probably tried downloading lxrandr at one point and it failed. Now it will keep throwing that error. Just install lxrandr and then remove it again. The problem should go away.
It's also wise to update tazpkg before using the upgrade command because you may otherwise run into problems.

@mojo, thank you. That worked perfectly.
@Trixar_za, you're probably right. I guess I just didn't know how to get rid of it. At some point when I encountered this problem, I tried to remove lxrandr, but it wasn't installed. It didn't occur to me to re-install it and then remove it.
