hey folks,
im trying to run wine-rt on my frugal install. it installs fine, but i cant run winecfg as tux. i get:
tux@slitaz:~$ winecfg
wine: virtual memory exhausted
i read on a couple sites this is caused by not being a member of the audio group.
jackd runs with realtime mode on only when run as root.
tux@slitaz:~$ whoami
tux
tux@slitaz:~$ groups
users tty disk video cdrom audio plugdev
seems im a member of audio though. what could cause the trouble? something related to pam?
ps: sorry it ended up in the wrong forum section. too hasty..

I cant run any wine binary when wine-rt is installed. normal wine works, though. it's got something to do with the permissions..
but im stuck!
