Missing file in packages 4.0/Stable

Please updating gst-plugins-base-0.10.35 with missing file /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstalsa.so because xfce4-mixer depend with this files to successful running for first run.

Receipt had a sed line used to edit the make file that prevented 7 plugins including libgstalsa.so from being moved from build to the install folder.

I commented sed line and add 2 compile options to get it to build.
