vlc 2.1.5 in 5.0 (rc2 or rolling)

Hello there, there is some issues with the vlc package. installing vlc and libvlc is all great, but I have been wanting to do some transcoding and the muxers are missing. I have tried copying them across but there is some with the slitaz package it doesnt like a set of .so muxers from 2.1.5 from another linux distro.

Is this something that can be fixed, its bizaare these are missing in the first place!

/usr/lib/vlc/plugins/mux is where they should be.

Try [c]avidemux[/c], I made some fixes to this package last week.

yeah no dice, no muxers in there. I ended up installing the 1.1.3 vlc package and the associated libvlc library from 4.0, it has the muxers and this works. But 2.1.5 is so much better. I dont really want to have to compile my own and not keep in sync with the repository, ill wait till 5.0 goes stable and file a bug report if the package isnt fixed by then.
