Customized distribution

Hi everybody. I like SliTaz and the time had come, when i needed to install some UNIX or GNU. Im pretty new to it, but i wont to learn.

I have SliTaz 4.0 on an older notebook (1GHz, 256 MB RAM, 32 MB graphic memory...). I customized it a little and now I want to create my own distribution to have some fast and easy backup of my SliTaz.

But from very begining I´m fighting with troubles. Now I try to create my own flavor from installed system on HDD. But bug and Errors keep generating and I have no idea what´s ging on.

Solution worked but destroyed TazBrowser, TazPanel etc. But worked.

Then there is the LOG file from my flavor construction. But there is nothing about which reports are errors, which warning and which critical errors.
