Package and receipt for inkscape-0.91

Becouse I don't know how to contribute and put receipt to wok, this is how I'm helping. This are latest Inkscape (0.91) and his receipt. Someone who have account at wok repo can put it there.

At the moment, you can download and install it like this:

tazpkg install inkscape-0.91.tazpkg

in folder where you downloaded package.

For regular user, you don't need receipt file.

Why launchpad? I found

I did try link from inkscape site, yesterday, but it didn't work. That's why I'm using launchpad link.
