Adding New User Problems

I have a hard install of Slitaz.  When I try to add a new user, I'm having problems.  I can add it no problem, but when I log in as the new user, I get a black screen.  No errors, just black screen with my curser.  WHen I right click, I can log off and log in again as root without problems.  Also, when I right click I can click on "Favorite Applications - File Manager" then I get some desktop icons but no menu button or taskbar at the bottom.  How can I fix this?

Check:

-rw-r--r--    1 tux      users          318 Mar  5 22:32 .config/slitaz/applications.conf

-rw-r--r--    1 root     root           318 Mar  2 19:00 /etc/slitaz/applications.conf

Verify that:

WINDOW_MANAGER="openbox-session"

and not

WINDOW_MANAGER="openbox"
