listen youtube or the French TV (news, delayeted), computer to slow...

Hi

I did listen now a beautiful youtube concert ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZsbq-cGq6U ) . Same problem with the news at the French TV France2 ( http://www.france2.fr/jt/20h): my computer seems to be to slow to do that in the browser. what other ways offers SliTaz?

Hi,

You could use firefox-official and install from the internet the add-on Flash Video Downloader 7.2.0 and watch the video with xine-ui.

Get root and install one of this Qt-applications

[c]tazpkg -gi smtube[/c]

Ensure you have best Xorg drivers installed.

Like kubepc, I'd suggest using the streaming features of VLC, Mplayer or Xine. Works well when the browser is a bit too heavy on your RAM or CPU.
