leafpad no longer remembers options

Since the lastest ISOs, I have to select Word Wrap and Line Numbers and resize window at each opening.

I've done my installations from the slitaz-rolling.iso (2015-03-31) and I update them regularly.

I didn't notice that the core ISOs are newer than the 4in1 on the mirror

Yes I have a leafpadrc file but[c]

Error opening directory '/home/sda3/.config/leafpad': Permission denied[/c]

I can open it only as root. I'll change permissions and see if it's better.

Yes, permissions for ~/.config/leafpad were

Owner : root
Group : root
View content : Only owner
Change content : Only owner
Access content : Only owner
and for ~/.config/leafpad

Owner : root
Group : root
View content : Anyone
Change content : Only owner
Execute : Nobody
OK after correction.
