HELP! Problems installing aircrack-ng!

Ok I am running slitaz 3.0 stable off a flash drive. I used 'tazpkg get-install aircrack-ng' to dl the pkg and install it. I see the package in the package manager and supposidly it says it is installed. If I hit install it gives me this error log:

aircrack-ng-1.0 already in the cache : /var/cache/tazpkg

cpio: unsupported cpio format, use newc or crc

/usr/bin/tazpkg: .: line 2689: can't open /tmp/tazpkg-19835-4172/receipt

cpio: unsupported cpio format, use newc or crc

/usr/bin/tazpkg: .: line 2689: can't open /tmp/tazpkg-19835-4172/receipt

If I go to /var/cache/tazpkg I see the package there. If I use the package manager and go to view files for aircrack-ng it says that the files are in the /usr/bin folder but when I go there I dont see anything, even with hidden files turned on. I admit that I am a tol n00b at linux but I have searched the forums and google and still cant figure out how to get this to work.

Also, I have dled and transfered aircrack-ng 1.1 to my flash drive, but I have no clue how to compile it. Im just letting you guys know this cause maybe it is easier to compile 1.1 then it is to make 1.0 work? Idk

Please help me asap cause I need internet like yesterday for a research paper I am writng. Thanks
