Release version cooking in packages slitaz-base-files and tazinst should be changed to 5.0

Hi,

after the last improvements in last Sunday's slitaz-rolling.iso it is now better than SliTaz 5.0 RC3. I testet "SliTaz GNU/Linux - 5.0-RC2 20150816" in "SliTaz gtkonly Live" mode. The XTerm Terminal is named  "slitaz cooking 192.168.178.54". It should be "slitaz 5.0 192.168.178.54" as it in core Live.

I suggest to change /etc/slitaz-release in slitaz-base-files from "cooking" to "5.0".

Then I looked in tazinst and read in line 87 ${SLITAZ_VERSION:-cooking} and in line 88 "$SLITAZ_VERSION" = "cooking". I suggest to change it too. I am a bit confused, to read in isolinux.cfg of slitaz-rolling.iso "SliTaz GNU/Linux - 5.0-RC2 20150816", but inside the syslinux-4.06.tazpkg it is "MENU TITLE SliTaz GNU/Linux - 5.0-RC3 XXXXXXXX".
