How to install TinyCM on other server?

Hi.

Trying to install TinyCM on a server online and I can't view the entire contents.

What's missing?

An installation document available to other servers?

The online server changed the permissions automatically generating errors and blank page. Was resolved by creating extra rules in ".htaccess". Thanks mojo.
